Greenhouse is represented in South Africa and the United States thereby offering cohesive
representation at a global level. All the partners have been working for many years in the
world of licensing, branding, web development and international distribution.

Adam Shear
Adam was a founding partner of an innovative Cape Town based brand consultancy and has
spent a number of years in the UK working as Creative Director for the likes of Issey Miyake,
Gap and Katharsis. Shear also has a history with Levis and Young Designers Emporium.

Justin Friedman
Justin has spent most of his time in the US market developing products, managing global
distribution, and licensing brands for worldwide sporting events and US designers. He has
also worked in the UK, Europe and Hong Kong in the field of offshore sourcing and
licensing management.

Juliet Browne
Juliet has 7 years experience in marketing including: market research, product development,
branding, marketing & communications strategy and implementation, creative direction,
promotions and distribution. She successfully established the Cape Town office of a strategic
marketing company. She graduated with an honours degree in marketing (cum lauda).
Juliet joined Greenhouse in 2008 to work with a team of likeminded individuals and to do
work aligned with the green marketing approach and her personal vision for business.
